Today, Lameco wants to update Lazada sellers with important information about the working schedule of logistics partners and customer support team during Lunar New Year 2024. To help sellers prepare and adjust their business plans accordingly, below are the key details:
Lazada Customer Support:
Lazada's customer support team will operate normally without holiday break to assist sellers during the festive season.
Logistics Partners:
- Lazada Logistics: Closed for Lunar New Year from Feb 9 to Feb 12.
- Giao Hang Nhanh: Closed for Lunar New Year from Feb 9 to Feb 13.
- J&T Express: Closed for Lunar New Year from Feb 9 to Feb 13.
- Best Inc.: Closed for Lunar New Year from Feb 9 to Feb 13.
- Grab (2h delivery): Remains open during the holiday.
- Ahamove (2h delivery): Closed for Lunar New Year from Feb 9 to Feb 11.
- Ahamove (express delivery): Closed for Lunar New Year from Feb 8 to Feb 12.
Special Notes:
- Check the holiday schedule for DOP pickup points here. Orders submitted after 12PM on Feb 8 will be processed on Feb 13.
- For 2h delivery: Orders between 2PM Feb 8 and Feb 13 must be handed over before 10AM Feb 14. Delayed orders will be cancelled after 5PM Feb 14 and incur penalty points.
- Sellers must not set order status to "Ready to Ship" if unable to process orders to avoid penalties.
- Working schedule does not apply to the Central and Mekong regions.
Order Processing Time:
- For delivery orders: Sellers must change order status to "Ready to Ship" within 24h and hand over to logistics partner within 48h of order generation.
- For orders sent at DOP delivery point: Hand over within 48h of order generation.

Orders between Feb 5-11 and Feb 12-18 will be paid out from Feb 19-25.
