About The Role: Commercial Manager - eCommerce
As the Commercial Manager - eCommerce, you will lead the commercial team in developing and executing strategies to enhance sales and profitability on eCommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and other local marketplaces. Working closely with the Head of Commercial and other departments, you'll optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional activities to increase customer engagement and revenue.
- Develop and implement eCommerce strategies for Lazada, Shopee, TiktokShop, and other local marketplaces.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Director and other departments to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze eCommerce market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead the commercial team in executing eCommerce initiatives and ensuring goal achievement.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and relevant data to senior management.
- Monitor and enhance the profitability performance of respective brands and areas.
- Continuously improve eCommerce processes and systems for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with teams like marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
About The ECommerce Department
The Commercial team at LMC eCommerce oversees store operations on Lazada, Shopee, TiktokShop, and other local E-commerce marketplaces. Focused on driving sales and revenue growth, the team optimizes product listings, manages pricing and promotions, and analyzes sales data.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in eCommerce, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, and trends.
- Proven track record of driving sales and profitability on eCommerce platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills, preferably with P&L knowledge.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
