Shipping partner pickup/delivery/return schedules from the 26th day of Tet to the 9th:
- SPX: Closed from 29th day (02/08/2024) to end of 3rd day (02/12/2024) .
- Giao Hang Nhanh: Closed from 30th day (02/09/2024) to end of 4th day (02/13/2024).
- Viettel Post: Closed from 29th day (02/08/2024) to end of 5th day (02/14/2024).
- Vietnam Post: Closed from 30th day (02/09/2024) to end of 3rd day (02/12/2024).
- J&T Express: Closed from 30th day (02/09/2024) to end of 4th day (02/13/2024).

Order processing deadlines:
- Express delivery only for Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City sellers.
- Express delivery closed from 29th day (02/08/2024) to end of 4th day (02/13/2024).

Schedule for reviewing Shopee Mall/Shopee Favorite/Shopee Favorite+ registrations:
- Shopee Mall: will stop reviewing registrations from 02/08/2024 to 02/18/2024.
- Shopee Favorite/Shopee Favorite+: will stop reviewing registrations from 02/06/2024 to 02/19/2024.
Return and refund deadline:
From 02/06/2024 to 02/13/2024 - must process before 23:00 on 02/16/2024.

Adjust operations based on carrier and Shopee schedules to avoid penalties and maintain customer satisfaction.
Key notes:
- For orders placed before 12:00 PM on the 27th day of Tet (02/06/2024), sellers must confirm the orders and hand them over to the postal service on the 27th day of Tet in order to avoid penalties.
- For orders placed after 12:00 PM on the 27th day of Tet (02/06/2024) until the 2nd day of Tet (02/11/2024), sellers need to confirm the orders and hand them over to the postal service by the 5th day of Tet (02/14/2024) to avoid penalties.
