About The Role


As a Commercial Associate, you will collaborate with the Commercial Manager to handle store operations on Lazada, Shopee, TiktokShop, other local eCommerce marketplaces, as well as additional eCommerce channels like https://brand.com/ and social platforms. Responsibilities include optimizing product listings, overseeing pricing and promotions, updating store design and layouts, and analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities. The Commercial Associate will also play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the team.


​What Will You Do?


- Assist in managing store operations on eCommerce marketplaces, https://brand.com/, and/or social channels.

- Optimize product listings, manage pricing and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.

- Upload, change, and maintain shop elements (banners, images, contents, product detail pages).

- Act as a key contact point for all escalations and issues arising with platforms and operations.

- Facilitate campaign set-ups, utilize promotion tools, and maximize the usage of seller tools within platforms.

- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.

- Provide support to the Commercial Manager in the day-to-day operations of the team.


About The ECommerce Department

The commercial team at LMC eCommerce oversees store operations on Lazada, Shopee, and TiktokShop, along with other local eCommerce marketplaces. The team is dedicated to driving sales and revenue growth through the optimization of product listings, effective management of pricing and promotions, and thorough analysis of sales data.


What Skills & Experience Do You Need?


- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce or a related field.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TiktokShop, and other local marketplaces is a plus.
