Job Description: Marketing Manager
We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Execute B2B Marketing Strategy:

- Create and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.

- Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through targeted B2B marketing campaigns.


2. Lead Generation:

- Develop and execute lead generation programs to identify and nurture potential customers.

- Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, and events, to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.


3. Content Marketing:

- Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content for B2B audiences.

- Develop content marketing strategies that align with the buyer's journey and support lead generation efforts.


4. Team Leadership:

- Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members.


5. Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Utilize analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

6. Collaboration with Sales:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation.

- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business results.

- Experience in team management and leadership.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:
To excel in this role, candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a focus on e-commerce growth strategies.
