E-commerce Operations Executive

Job Description:
An E-commerce Operations Executive is responsible for executing and managing the operations of online shops on e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing and operating client's online shops on e-commerce platforms.

- Planning and strategizing the development of the online shops.

- Acting as the representative for the brand, directly working with the e-commerce platforms.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce operations.

- Implementing in-platform (Lazada, Shopee, etc.) and out-of-platform marketing strategies (TikTok, KOCs/KOLs, Facebook, etc.).

- Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure task quality and timely completion.

- Performing other duties as assigned by the team leader and company management.

Job KPIs:
- Departmental KPIs.
- Conversion rate.
- Sales performance of the online shops.
- Growth rate of the online shops.
- Customer satisfaction level.
- Average response time to inquiries.


Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with e-commerce platforms (with project proof).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using CRM software is a plus.
- Understanding of key performance indicators for business effectiveness.
- Self-driven with the ability to set specific goals and focus on achieving them.
