2. Benefits of Joining the Content Xtra Package
Effectively Attract Buyers
Weekly, direct discount vouchers from Content Xtra are sent straight to the Buyer's Voucher Warehouse. During the Shop's use of the Content Xtra Package, Buyers can use these codes to purchase and receive direct discounts on Livestream and Video orders from the Shop.
- Buyers from the Shop will receive high-value, exclusive Livestream and Video discount codes with up to 50% off from 0 VND.
- Vouchers are added daily at the following times:
- Livestream: 0H, 12H, 20H, and on campaign days at 0H, 9H, 12H, 18H, 20H.
- Video: 0H, 9H, 12H, 19H, 21H.
- More vouchers are added on campaign days like double days, the 15th, and the 25th of each month.
Note:
- Content Xtra discount codes apply to orders purchased directly from Livestream and Video or added to the cart from the list of products that the Shop participating in the Content Xtra package sells in Livestream and Video.
- Shops will have the opportunity to receive Increased View Counts - allowing their Livestreams to reach more potential customers.

- The Shop's Videos and Livestreams have the chance to appear on the "Content Xtra" program page.

Benefits When Participating in the Content Xtra Package Combo with the Voucher Xtra Package
- Shops will receive free Voucher Xtra services on products generated from Livestream and Video.
3. Eligible Participants for the Content Xtra Package
- Sellers with a penalty score under 6, not violating product listing rules and community standards on Shopee in general and specifically on Shopee Live and Shopee Video.
Note:
- During the usage of the package, if the Shop accumulates 6 or more penalty points, the system will automatically halt the package's features & service fees at 0H every Saturday. Additionally, Shopee will cease to support the benefits of the Content Xtra Package in accordance with general regulations.
- Shops can re-register for the Content Xtra Package when their penalty points meet the participation criteria.
4. Service Fees for the Content Xtra Package
- Registration fee: 1,000 VND.
- Each month, the Shop will receive a Voucher worth 1,000 VND to purchase the Content Xtra service package at 0 VND.
Note:
- Available payment methods: Shopee Wallet Balance or ShopeePay Wallet (excluding banks linked with ShopeePay Wallet).
- If the Shop clicks to purchase the package in quantities > 1 or clicks to pay for the order more than once, the system will automatically confirm the order, and the Shop will still be charged the registration fees.
- Registration fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Service fees: Service fees will only apply to the Shop's products sold through Shopee Live and Shopee Video channels, including all sources from the Shop, KOLs, and Shopee itself.
Shopee will deduct service fees directly from the sale price of each product per order from Livestream and Video with successful delivery or accepted return/refund requests (excluding "Did not receive the goods" reasons).
Service Fee Rates
- Non-Mall Shops: 3% of the product value participating in Livestream or Video.
- Mall Shops: 3% up to 30,000 VND of the product value participating in Livestream or Video.
Note:
- Orders from Livestream and Video refer to orders purchased directly from Livestream and Video or from products added to the cart from the Shop's listing in Livestream and Video.
- When participating in Content Xtra, products added to the cart from Livestream will be labeled "Shopee Live," and products added to the cart from Video will be labeled "Shopee Video."
