2. How Do Off-Shopee Transaction Violations Affect Sellers?

- Penalty Points: For the first violation, Shopee will deduct 2 penalty points.
- Product/Video Deletion: Shopee has the right to delete your products/videos if a violation is detected.
- Live Stream Suspension: Shopee has the right to turn off your live stream if a violation occurs during the live stream.
- Account Suspension: In the case of a second violation, Shopee has the right to permanently suspend your account.
Specifically, from September 16, 2024, the policy for handling Off-Shopee Transaction violations will be applied as follows:
